The brief
KB Trees & Grounds wanted a website to help take the business to the next level. The brief was to advertise its services, show completed projects and give potential customers a straightforward way to get in touch. Being discoverable through Google and AI search was also a priority.
The business provides tree surgery, hedge maintenance and grounds services across Abergavenny, Monmouthshire and South Wales, from domestic gardens to larger commercial projects.
Making the work visible
The website puts photographs of the team’s work at the centre of the experience. Green tones and serif headings give the pages a visual identity suited to its outdoor work.
One of the most useful features is the before-and-after comparison. Visitors can move a slider to see the difference made by tree work, hedge trimming and vegetation clearance.
Services with room to explain
The WordPress website has a homepage and fourteen supporting pages, including nine individual service pages, About, Our Work, Areas We Cover and Contact — giving customers a direct route to the service they need.
From browsing to an enquiry
Quote requests and contact options run through the site, with phone and email links and a separate route for emergency tree work. Built in WordPress with Bricks, the text and images are editable, and NC Digital provides hosting, security and business email.
